It is a device for producing pure water for laboratory inspection and quarantine. Used for experimental water and analytical instrument water. The laboratory water purifier adopts a number of technologies such as flow monitoring filter replacement function/RO pure water discharge function/random database function/human-machine dialogue control function, etc. It is widely used in medical/sanitation, environmental protection/water industry water. It is a common phenomenon for laboratory water purifiers to fail during use. The following are common failures and their solutions:

1. Plug in the power supply, the power indicator light is off, and the system is out of power. Please open the case to check whether the power cord is loose during transportation, and then reconnect it.

2. When the power button is pressed, only the power indicator light is on, and the rest do not work. It is more likely that the water pressure is not enough, or the water lake switch ball valve is not turned on. It is also possible that the contact of the substitute pressure valve is poor or damaged. At this time, the low pressure valve is replaced intelligently.

3. When the power button and the water making button are pressed, both indicators are on, but no water flows out. There are several possibilities: the water inlet solenoid valve is in poor contact or damaged. Damaged pump or damaged transformer.

4. There are three possibilities when the water production becomes smaller:

(1) There is water leakage inside the machine or the PE pipe is bent and disassembled. At this time, the solution is to unscrew the casings of the leaking parts. Check whether the water blocking ring is damaged, whether there is debris in the shell interface, clean the interface, and reconnect it.

(2) If the membrane is not cleaned for a long time or the influent water source is too poor, the membrane is partially blocked. The treatment method is to activate the RO flush button and clean it for more than 5 hours, and it will improve. If it is very serious, it may be that poor tap water has damaged the RO membrane and needs to be replaced.

(3) The water source of tap water is poor, which causes the solenoid valve to be blocked and the water flow is not smooth. At this time, the solenoid valve should be removed for cleaning and then installed.

5. If the water intake is not smooth, change the direction of the water inlet and outlet of the circular microfiltration membrane, because it is blocked by the dead body of bacteria during the filtration process, and the problem can be solved after the exchange

6. Water leakage phenomenon, if there is water leakage phenomenon within a few days of operation of the new pure water meter, it should be caused by the joint being shaken loose during transportation. Please find the leaking part and tighten it. In addition, if the pure water meter is not used for a long time, it should run for 10 minutes a week to prevent the growth of bacteria in the system.
