      With the continuous development of science and technology and the progress of human beings, the application of ultrapure water machines in manufacturing, research institutes, electronic industries, institutions and other laboratories is becoming more and more extensive. After using the device for a long time, it will occasionally start and stop frequently during normal use after the device is turned on, and the cause of the failure cannot be found for a while. Let's talk about the reasons that may cause this problem.

1. The check valve is damaged

The check valve has the function of preventing pressure relief, and will release pressure once it is damaged. When the pressure is insufficient, the booster pump will start; when the pressure is sufficient, the booster pump will stop running. Repeated, frequent ignition, the equipment will start and stop frequently.

2. High voltage switch failure

The high-voltage switch is one of the control switches for starting and stopping the equipment. When the pressure tank is full, the circuit will be automatically disconnected and the equipment will stop running; when the pressure tank is reduced, the circuit will be closed and the equipment will operate normally to produce water. When the high-pressure switch fails, it will cause the ultrapure water machine equipment to jump repeatedly and start and stop frequently.

3. Electric control board failure

The electronic control board is equivalent to the brain of the device, which can control the work of the device and perform data collection, etc. When the electronic control board is damaged or malfunctions, the control program is disordered, which may cause the equipment to start and stop frequently.

4. The four-way valve is damaged

As an ultra-pure water machine water inlet control device, the four-sided valve can use the pressure in the pressure barrel to control the water inlet. When the ultrapure water system reaches a certain pressure (the pressure tank is full), the four-sided valve will control the water inlet channel to close; when the pressure is low, the raw water channel will be opened and the equipment will operate normally. When the four-sided valve is damaged, the water inlet channel cannot be effectively controlled, which may cause the equipment to start and stop frequently.

5. Unstable raw water pressure

The low pressure switch is a water shortage protection switch, and the low pressure switch value is 0.03Mpa. When the raw water pressure is higher than this value, the low pressure switch is closed, and the equipment will start normally; when the raw water pressure is lower than this value, in order to protect the booster pump from idling, the low pressure switch will be disconnected, and the equipment will automatically stop run. If the water pressure is unstable, high and low, the low pressure switch will be opened and closed repeatedly, and the equipment will be started frequently.

6. PP cotton is blocked

PP cotton is generally replaced once every 3 to 6 months. If the PP cotton is blocked and it is not cleaned or replaced in time, the water pressure will be lower than the low pressure switch value, the low pressure switch will disconnect and cut off the water circuit, and the booster pump will be difficult to start; when the water pressure is higher than the low pressure switch value, the low pressure The switch will be closed, the water circuit will be connected, and the equipment will operate normally.

7. Other reasons

In addition, frequent start-up after the equipment is turned on may also be caused by internal leakage of the pressure barrel ball valve or damage to the low-pressure switch.

Once the ultrapure water machine is frequently started, it will not only cause certain damage to itself, but also greatly affect the progress of scientific research.
