For any instrument, every element is indispensable, so is the ultrapure water machine. Let's talk about the principles and unloading methods of its membrane elements.
1. The configuration of the membrane elements in the ultrapure water machine follows the principles:
1. If the system is equipped with two-stage multi-stage membrane elements, the first stage is a high-pressure membrane and the second stage is a low-pressure membrane, and the rear-stage elements of the system at all levels are guaranteed to be intact during the replacement and replacement process. Generally, the rear-stage elements are newer and better. The performance is better, while the front-end components are generally older and have poorer performance;
2. If the system uses high pressure membrane and low pressure membrane at the same time, the membrane element with better performance should be placed in the back section of the secondary system, the better placed in the front section of the secondary system, and the membrane element with poor performance should be placed in the back section of the secondary system. The latter part of the first-level system, and the poorer ones are placed in the front part of the first-level system;
3. For some long-running ultrapure water equipment, if we only perform online cleaning and do not know the performance of the components, because of the degree of pollution and performance degradation of the components in each membrane area before the system is cleaned, we can The membrane elements of the front and rear sections of the first stage are replaced, and the front and rear sections of the secondary membrane elements are exchanged. The primary and secondary membrane elements cannot be exchanged. And we can put the secondary membrane element in the primary, and the rear section of the secondary membrane element is all replaced with new membrane elements.
2. Introduction of unloading of membrane elements of ultrapure water machine system
1. When we need to clean or replace the membrane element offline, we need to unload the membrane element from the membrane shell. We can use both manual unloading and pressure unloading. Manual unloading, as the name implies, requires manpower to disassemble the membrane end cap, and push the membrane element from the water supply end in the membrane shell to the concentrated water end, because if it is pushed in the opposite direction, the resistance is a bit large, and it is easy to scratch the membrane end sealing ring. ;
2. For pressure unloading, we need to close the end caps and pipelines of other non-unloading membrane shells. Just open the end cap of the concentrated water end of the membrane a little, and then we jog instead of opening the feed water pump, relying on the controllable feed water pressure of the high-pressure pump, Slowly push out the membrane elements from the inlet end to the concentrated water end one by one. We need to pay attention that if there are several groups, they need to be unloaded one by one. If offline cleaning is required, we also need to record the specific position of each membrane element one by one to facilitate cleaning and then reloading.
