1. Changes in the quality of raw water

② Raw water temperature, usually pure water resistivity is detected at 25 ℃, if the water temperature is inconsistent, there will be a certain difference.

2. Failure of reverse osmosis system

Fault ①: After the ultrapure water machine runs for a period of time, the conductivity increases, but the water production does not change, and the drainage increases.

Solution: The filter membrane is degraded by the oxidizing medium, and the problem can be solved by replacing the membrane module in time.

Fault ②: The amount of water produced by the equipment decreases, and the electrical conductivity increases.

Solution: With the increase of use time, the pretreatment device will accumulate a large amount of impurities. If it is not cleaned in time as required, the effect of sand carbon purification and filtration will be reduced, and in serious cases, it may directly lose its effect. If a fault has occurred, only replacing the pretreatment filter with a new one will solve the problem. If this has not happened, clean the preconditioning unit aggressively and regularly.

Fault ③: The electrical conductivity suddenly increases when the equipment is running, and the drainage volume increases at the same time

Solution: The leakage of the connection sealing ring of the reverse osmosis membrane module caused a sudden increase in the conductivity. The water quality of the membrane modules should be tested one by one, and after finding the leaking part, the sealing ring can be replaced.
