(1) If there is too much grid slag flowing through the grid, the scum on the surface of the primary sedimentation tank, the aeration grit chamber, the aeration tank and the secondary sedimentation tank will increase, which will be difficult to remove and hang on the outlet weir plate. It affects the uniformity of the water, which is unsightly and increases the foul smell.

(2) If there are too many sand particles flowing away from the grit chamber, the sand particles may be deposited in the water distribution channel of the primary sedimentation tank, affecting the uniform water distribution; the sand particles entering the primary sedimentation tank will cause excessive wear of the sludge scraper and shorten the replacement cycle; After entering the mud bucket, it will interfere with the normal sludge discharge or block the mud discharge pipeline; after entering the mud pump, the mud pump will be worn out too quickly and reduce the service life of the pump; the sand particles entering the aeration tank will sink at the bottom of the aeration tank gradually. The accumulation prevents the aeration head from venting, or even covers the aeration head, which greatly reduces the aeration efficiency.

(3) The rags, cotton yarn, plastic strips, iron wires, hair and other debris that drift backward from the pretreatment will be entangled in the surface exposure machine or underwater stirring equipment, paddle board, increase the resistance, and damage the equipment will also be entangled On the underwater cable, a large ball of cotton yarn, wire hair, plastic ball, etc. is formed, which leads to the tearing of the cable. Entering the secondary sedimentation tank will increase the scum and hang on the effluent weir plate to affect the uniformity of the effluent; entering the biological filter will block the water distribution pipe, filter material, and even block the effluent filter head, filter plate, etc.; entering the biological turntable will be on the turntable. The upper winding increases the resistance, accelerates the damage of the biological turntable, and reduces the effective volume.

(4) Neutralization of laboratory wastewater After entering the concentrator, the sundries leaked from the pretreatment unit will be wound on the grid, which will affect the concentration effect. And float and agglomerate on the weir plate where the supernatant flows out, which affects the uniformity of the effluent. Before and after entering the digester, the sludge discharge pipeline or the sludge pump will be blocked. It will also float up in the digester and form a large floating shell. These impurities enter the centrifugal dehydrator, which will cause the high-speed rotating impeller to lose its balance, resulting in vibration or serious noise, resulting in seal leakage and damage to the centrifugal dehydrator. Some cotton yarn and hair sometimes fill the space between the impeller and the volute, overloading the equipment and burning out the motor.

(5) The fine sand entering the concentration tank from the water treatment facility may block the sludge discharge pipeline and cause excessive wear of the sludge discharge and delivery pumps. Entering the digester will sink to the bottom, affecting the sludge discharge and reducing the effective volume. If these fine sand enters the centrifuge, it will seriously wear the nozzle of the mud pipe, the outer edge of the spiral and the impeller, and increase the number of maintenance and replacement. Bad, excessive wear on the filter cloth for laboratory wastewater neutralization, wear and unevenness between the rollers.
