1. Enzyme-added detergent, the membrane is treated with enzyme-added detergent, which is particularly effective for organic pollution, especially for protein, oil and other organic pollution. After a day or half a month, the membrane is cleaned with 1% enzyme-added detergent under low pressure. Due to the low concentration of the enzyme-added detergent used, a longer immersion time is required.
Citric acid solution, under high pressure or low pressure, use 1%-2% citric acid aqueous solution to wash the membrane continuously or cyclically. This method has a good cleaning effect on Fe(OH)3 pollution.
2. Concentrated salt water, it is effective to wash the membrane with severe pollution of limbs with concentrated salt water. This is because high-concentration salt water can weaken the interaction between colloids and promote the cohesion of colloids to form micelles.
3. Hydrogen peroxide solution, such as diluting 0.5L, 30% H2O2 with 12L deionized water, and then cleaning the membrane surface, this method is particularly effective for organic pollution.
4. Water-soluble emulsion is very effective for cleaning membranes polluted by oil and iron oxide, generally cleaning for 30-60 minutes. The physical principle is used to carry out cleaning. The simpler physical cleaning method is to use the membrane permeated water formed by low pressure and high flow rate for 30 minutes, which can restore the water permeability of the membrane to a certain extent, but the water permeability still decreases after a long time. The membrane surface can also be flushed with a mixture of water and air at low pressure for 15 minutes.
