Common knowledge of laboratory pure water systems necessary for operators

Release time:2021-03-05    Views:2044

The laboratory pure water system is often used to produce high-purity water, and high-purity water mainly refers to the complete removal of the conductive medium in the water, and at the same time, the non-dissociated gases, colloids and organic matter (including bacteria) are also removed to a very high level. low levels of water. Ultrapure water is a kind of high-purity water, which means that the conductive medium in the water is almost completely removed, and the non-dissociated gas, colloid and organic matter (including bacteria) are also removed to a very low degree. Its conductivity is generally 0.1~0.055uS/cm, resistivity (25C)>10x1060/cr salt content <0.1mg/L. The ideal pure water (theoretically) is 0.055uS/Cm, and the resistivity (25°C) is 18.3x106Q/cm.

The technical principle of laboratory pure water system:

Using the combination of advanced reverse osmosis technology and ion exchange technology, using microcomputer single-board computer program control, water quality detection automatic display, so as to obtain high-quality produced water, its water resistivity can generally reach 18Ma/cm , The booster pump, electromagnetic moisturizing, high-capacity ion exchange resin, R.O reverse osmosis membrane, filter element, pipeline connection, control and control components, and ultraviolet lamp used in the equipment are all imported products.

The principle of reverse osmosis is to apply a pressure greater than the natural osmotic pressure on the raw water side, so that the water molecules penetrate from the side with high concentration to the side with low concentration. Because the pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is much smaller than hundreds of times or even more than the dry times of viruses and bacteria, various diseases, bacteria, heavy metals, solid solubles, polluted organics, calcium, calcium and magnesium ions cannot pass through the reverse osmosis membrane at all. , so as to achieve the purpose of water purification.

System characteristics of laboratory pure water system:

1. High working pressure and no water leakage: Because the module adopts multi-layer sealing of rubber O-rings, it ensures that the module has high pressure resistance and no water leakage.

2. No use of chemical substances: Since the concentrated water is filled with patented resin, the membrane resistance is reduced, so the system does not need concentrated water circulation and salt injection in the fresh water chamber to fill the layered resin, which is more conducive to the removal of weak electrolytes.

3. The system is simple, the piping is simple, only 3 main pipes (water inlet pipe, product water pipe and concentrated water pipe) are needed, no circulating pump and salt injection system, no PLC program controller, low system construction cost and maintenance cost.

4. Concentrated water recovery, the quality of concentrated water (20-100uS/cm) is better than that of raw water, and it can be recycled to RO before continuing to use.
