The most common reason is that the water quality is affected because the equipment is not used for a long time. If the laboratory water purifier is shut down for a long time and restarted, these pollutants will definitely be brought into the filtration device. Although the reverse osmosis membrane can remove more than 90% of the impurities, a small part of the impurities will still enter the next stage. . There is also ion exchange resin that will be contaminated by microorganisms if it is not used for a long time, because once the instrument is not used for a long time, the resin will be the culture medium for microorganisms. In this case, once the ultrapure water is used, the polluted impurities will flow out, and the ultrapure water will not meet the requirements of analysis and testing. , which will interfere with the experimental data and bring some unnecessary troubles to customers.
The laboratory water purifier will be out of operation during the holiday. In order to ensure the normal operation of the laboratory ultrapure water function that has been disabled for a long time, we need to take some maintenance measures:
1. First, clean the membrane elements in the reverse osmosis system;
2. Use the water produced by reverse osmosis to prepare bactericidal liquid, and use the bactericidal liquid to flush the reverse osmosis system;
3. After filling the reverse osmosis system with sterilizing liquid, close the relevant valves to keep the sterilizing liquid in the system. At this time, it should be confirmed that the system is completely full;
4. If the system temperature is lower than 27℃, the first two steps should be performed with a new sterilization solution every other month. If the system temperature is higher than 27℃, the sterilization solution should be replaced every two weeks;
5. Before the single-stage reverse osmosis pure water machine system is put into use again, flush the system with low-pressure feed water for one hour, and then flush the system with high-pressure feed water for 5 minutes. Regardless of low-pressure flushing or high-pressure flushing, the system's product water discharge valve should be flushed. All open. Before resuming normal operation of the system, check to make sure that the water in the product does not contain any biocides.
