Due to its excellent performance, small ultra-pure water machines are favored by various industries, bringing huge benefits to people's lives and social development. Combined with foreign water treatment technology, the effluent quality fully meets the water requirements. At present, it is widely used in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, medicine, microelectronics, semiconductor, chromatographic analysis, cell culture, protein purification, molecular biology and other fields.
In order to ensure the normal use of the small ultra-pure water machine, any part of the operation cannot be ignored, and so is the debugging process, which will directly affect its subsequent use. Let's share some debugging experience.
1. After the installation is completed, open the electroplated ball valve on the faucet pipeline, close the recoil ball valve, and then open the pressure tank ball valve.
2. Insert the transformer wire plug into the power socket, at this time the pump starts, and the small ultrapure water machine starts to produce water.
3. Check the discharge of the primary filtered water: when making water, the filtered pure water enters the pressure tank. On the other hand, the primary filtered water of the reverse osmosis membrane tube is discharged through the waste water scaler pipeline. Open the recoil ball valve, check whether there is a lot of primary filtered water discharged, and then close it.
4. Try to start and stop automatically: it takes a long time to make pure water to fill the pressure tank. In order to quickly determine the action, close the pressure bucket ball valve after 5 minutes. At this time, the pressure in the pipeline increases to a certain value, and the high pressure switch should jump to stop the high pressure pump. Then turn on the gooseneck faucet to release water, and the high-pressure pump should automatically start running. Repeat this action several times to check whether the high-pressure pump starts and stops automatically. After confirming that the action is normal, open the pressure tank ball valve.
5. Test the action of the low pressure switch: close the electroplating ball valve on the tap water pipeline, indicating the preset state of no water or lack of water, then the low pressure switch should act to automatically stop the high pressure pump to prevent the high pressure pump from being damaged by idling without water. After the test action is normal, open the electroplating ball valve on the water source pipeline.
6. When no water is used after the automatic stop of the test, there should be no water flowing out of the pre-filtered water discharge pipe: after 5-10 minutes of trial operation, close the ball valve of the pressure tank, and after the high-pressure pump automatically stops, check whether there is water discharged from the pre-filtered water The tube continuously flows out. If there is outflow, it means that the four-way valve or check valve is faulty and should be replaced or eliminated.
7. Check whether the joints and pipes are leaking: During the trial operation, after the automatic start and stop, check all parts, components and joints for water leakage.
8. Check the water quality: After everything works normally, let the high-pressure pump run to make water, and check whether the water quality of the gooseneck faucet meets the standard. After completing the installation and debugging, let the machine run normally for about ten minutes, open the gooseneck faucet to let the water created in the initial stage run out completely, and then close the gooseneck faucet.
