The laboratory high-purity water machine is usually composed of raw water pretreatment system, ultra-purification system, reverse osmosis membrane system, ultra-fine filtration system and so on. The main purpose of pretreatment is to make the raw water meet the influent requirements of the reverse osmosis membrane separation module and ensure the stable operation of the reverse osmosis purification system. The reverse osmosis membrane system is an economical purification method to remove more than 98% of ions, organic matter and 100% of microorganisms (theoretically) in raw water at one time. The ultra-purification post-treatment system further removes trace ions, organic matter and other impurities remaining in reverse osmosis pure water through a variety of integrated technologies to meet the water quality index requirements for different purposes.
The principle is that the tap water is carefully filtered, and the activated carbon filter is pretreated to filter particulate matter such as sediment, adsorb odors, and make the tap water cleaner. The pure water intake water storage tank can store water, and its water quality can reach the national three-level water standard, and the waste water generated by the reverse osmosis device can be discharged.
When the insoluble salts and related components contained in the reverse osmosis feed water of the pretreatment system reach the concentrations listed in the following table, corresponding measures should be taken in the pretreatment to prevent the reverse osmosis membrane from scaling. The protection is good, and the removal efficiency of various impurities is also high.
The ultra-purification system adopts nuclear grade polishing mixed bed resin. The ultra-purification treatment system is set up so that all the ions in the water are removed. The water quality resistivity of the produced water through this system can reach 18.2 megohm/cm, which is enough to meet the requirements of basic applications in different experiments.
Ultraviolet disinfection adopts a special light source dual-wavelength ultraviolet lamp. Because of its performance, the ultrapure water undergoes 6 cycles of treatment in the UV lamp, which not only completely eliminates the residual bacteria, but also completely degrades the residual trace organic matter, and truly realizes the water quality: TOC≤3ppb
The reverse osmosis system of the laboratory high-purity water machine adopts imported RO membrane. It has a strong screening effect, and its performance is extremely stable. Under the given pressure of the system, it can only permeate water but not solute. Therefore, it can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, salts and various carcinogens in the water. Desalination rate ≥99%. The reverse osmosis system has an automatic cleaning function, which can effectively prevent the reverse osmosis membrane from fouling and blockage, and ensure its continuous operation.
The ultra-fine filtration system adopts ultra-fine filter, the water-making capacity is 3-5 times higher than that of the commonly used terminal filter, the service life is greatly prolonged, and the high quality of the produced water is better guaranteed.
