       The ultrapure water machine is a water treatment equipment for the purpose of obtaining purified water by removing the conductive medium in the water and removing the non-dissociated colloidal substances, gases and organic substances in the water to a very low level. The reason why it is called an ultrapure water machine is that the resistivity of the ultrapure water produced by it should generally be greater than 10 megohms, which is in line with the ultrapure water standard. And it is generally applicable to laboratories, hospitals, and industrial enterprises.

In order to ensure that the operation of the ultrapure water machine can meet expectations, users need to have a certain understanding of its installation and use methods before use. Let us share some experiences.

1. Principles of installation and use of ultrapure water machine:

1. The installation location of the equipment should be suitable, and the ambient temperature should not be too high or too low. Otherwise, it will easily cause damage to the ultrapure water machine due to low temperature freezing.

2. The equipment should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible. A humid environment will damage electrical equipment and components.

3. The external temperature of the machine is controlled, and the temperature of the incoming water inside should not be too low. It is necessary to prevent freezing damage to the machine.

4. The equipment has its own applicable water quality range. If the influent water quality does not meet the machine standards, it will cause irreversible damage to the membrane element, reduce the performance of the ultrapure water machine, and reduce the service life of the ultrapure water machine. So what is the standard of this machine? Of course, it is also divided into models. For example, the Advanced-II series meets the groundwater temperature of 1-45°C, while the Advanced-I series is the city tap water temperature of 1-45°C. Of course, you should consult the manufacturer of this equipment.

5. In addition, the equipment should not be shut down for a long time, and it should run for at least 2 hours a day. If the shutdown time exceeds 72 hours, the high-pressure pump should be stopped first, and the corresponding dosing system, pretreatment system, and related valves should be closed. Only by maintaining the normal working condition of the equipment can it play its due role in scientific research and analysis.

Second, the use of ultrapure water machine:

1. Prepare to start

Open the tap water inlet valve, plug in the power plug, press the "1" gear of the power switch and the working mode switch, the machine will start to work, wait for the instrument to complete the self-check and flush, and start to draw water.

2. Take water

If you need to use RO water or UP ultrapure water, press the "RO" and "UP" water dispensing keys on the control panel to turn on the water outlet switch. After the water is dispensed, press the "RO" and "UP" water dispensing keys again to close. out of water.

3. Standby

In the power-on state, if there is no need to take water, the RO water produced by the machine will be sent to the pressure water bucket until the water bucket is full, and the system will stop and enter the standby state. In this state, press any water intake button, and the machine will automatically restart to produce pure water.

4. Pre-preparation mode

If a large amount of pure water is needed in the early morning of the following day, you can keep the power supply and water source turned on before going off work, turn the working mode switch to the "2" position, the instrument screen will not light up, but the instrument will automatically produce pure water and send it to the pressure bucket until the bucket is full. , the instrument enters the standby state.

5. Shut down

Turn off the power switch and close the water inlet valve.
