According to the filter manual, it should be replaced when the pressure difference increases to 0.2MPa, but in actual production, it is found that when the pressure difference rises above 0.05, there are already a lot of impurities trapped (the relevant staff finds the foreign matter inside the security filter when the pressure The difference is only 0.03MPa), the foreign matter that is still put into operation at this time is likely to enter the reverse osmosis with the incoming water and affect the operation of the reverse osmosis. Therefore, the inspection of the security filter should be regarded as the work content of regular inspection. Replace the filter in time.
