Before installing the deionized water purifier, check the outer packaging logo of the water purifier, whether it is the same as the model required by the buyer, check whether the invoice is consistent with the buyer's name and phone number, and ensure that the outer packaging is free of leaks and damage; The logo and model are required to be consistent with the customer's requirements. Secondly, after opening the package, check whether the split box, accessory box, warranty card, manual and certificate are complete and whether there is any defect.

Check the whole machine, first check the water pipes to see if there is any looseness or looseness. All water pipes should be firm and uniform in color, and there should be no kinks, dead bends, cracks, etc.; secondly, check the circuit, whether the transformer is connected to any exposed parts. , Whether the wiring of the computer board is correct, it must not be exposed or wrongly connected, check whether the plug spring is connected well, it should be firm, whether it falls off, check whether the high and low voltage switches are broken, and whether the pressure regulating screws of the high voltage switch fall off; check whether the water inlet and flushing electromagnetic Check whether the valve has exposed parts of the coil; check other accessories again, and it is required that there is no damage or shortage.

When installing the pre-filter water filter in the deionized pure water machine, it is necessary to check whether it is in good condition, whether it is missing, and whether the pipeline is connected correctly, so as to prevent the source water from directly entering the reverse osmosis membrane for filtration without passing through the filter device, which will cause membrane damage. If it is blocked and the effluent flow becomes smaller, it is necessary to check whether the end cover and plastic shell of the special permeation equipment are intact before installation, so as to prevent unqualified membrane elements from being used, which will affect the quality of the effluent in the later stage.

After the installation is completed, it is necessary to conduct commissioning to see if there is any leakage of water in various pipe interfaces during the whole water production process. If not, proceed to the next step, with pressure operation and commissioning, let the equipment run under the rated pressure, and check the pressure. Whether it is normal, whether the effluent quality meets the standard, whether the ultraviolet disinfection device is complete, and whether the whole disinfection process is normal, it is recommended to check whether the effluent quality and the numbers on the conductance display are consistent.

Pipeline connection: The accessories package is equipped with 6.5-meter-long pipes, which are used in 4 places, namely, tap water inlet, pressure barrel connection, gooseneck faucet connection, and waste water discharge pipe. The installer must make a reasonable layout for easy maintenance.

Plastic pipe: cut the pipe mouth flat, put on the nut, put on the pipe plug (to enhance the strength of the pipe), and the pipe mouth will grow out of the nut by 2-3 mm.

Install the water inlet valve and the water inlet pipe, cut the pipe mouth flat, put on the metal nut, then insert the plastic pipe into the water outlet end of the water inlet ball valve, tighten the nut, do not use too much force, so as not to break the pipe.

Connect the gooseneck faucet: cut the pipe mouth flat, put on the metal nut, mud dragon sleeve, the pipe mouth grows 2-3mm from the nut, insert the pipe plug, tighten it, and the strength is stronger than the water inlet ball valve.

The waste water connection pipe is connected to the waste water clamp, tightened, stuck with the sewage pipe, and sealed.

After connecting, straighten out the pipes.
