Frequently restart the ultrapure water machine after startup? Maybe there is something wrong with these aspects!

       Ultrapure water machine is used in tap water and medical testing. It is mainly used in hemodialysis, biochemistry, Stomatology, supply room, laboratory, reagent and operating room. During the use of ultrapure water machine, the problem of frequent restart after startup sometimes occurs. Let's carefully analyze the various causes of this problem.

1. The check valve is damaged

The check valve has the function of preventing pressure relief. Once it is damaged, it will relieve pressure. When the pressure is insufficient, the booster pump will start; When the pressure is sufficient, the booster pump will stop running. If the ignition is repeated frequently, the equipment will start and stop frequently.

2. High voltage switch failure

High voltage switch is one of the control switches for equipment start and stop. When the pressure tank is full of pressure water, the circuit will be automatically disconnected and the equipment will stop running; When the pressure bucket water decreases, the circuit is closed and the equipment operates normally to make water. When the high-voltage switch fails, the ultrapure water machine equipment will jump repeatedly and start and stop frequently.

3. Failure of electronic control version

The electric control board is equivalent to the brain of the equipment, which can control the work of the equipment and collect data. When the electric control board is damaged or fails, the control program is disordered, which may lead to frequent start and stop of the equipment.

4. The four side valves are damaged

As a water inlet control device of ultrapure water machine, four side valve can control the water inlet by using the pressure in the pressure bucket. When the ultrapure water system reaches a certain pressure (the pressure bucket is full), the four side valves will control the water inlet channel to close; When the pressure is small, the raw water channel will be opened and the equipment will operate normally. When the four side valve is damaged, the water inlet channel cannot be effectively controlled, which may lead to frequent start and stop of the equipment.

5. Unstable raw water pressure

The low-voltage switch is a water shortage protection switch, and the low-voltage switch value is 0.03mpa. When the raw water pressure is higher than this value, the low-pressure switch is closed and the equipment will start normally; When the raw water pressure is lower than this value, in order to protect the booster pump and prevent the pump from idling, the low-pressure switch will be disconnected and the equipment will automatically stop running. If the water pressure is unstable, sometimes high and sometimes low, the low-pressure switch will be opened and closed repeatedly, and the equipment will be started frequently.

6. PP cotton blockage

PP cotton is generally replaced once every 3 ~ 6 months. If the PP cotton is blocked and not cleaned or replaced in time, the water pressure will be less than the low-pressure switch value, the low-pressure switch will be disconnected, the water making circuit will be cut off, and the booster pump is difficult to start; When the water pressure is higher than the low-pressure switch value, the low-pressure switch will be closed, the water making circuit will be connected, and the equipment will operate normally.

7. Other reasons

In addition, frequent startup of the equipment after startup may also be caused by internal leakage of the ball valve of the pressure drum or damage of the low-pressure switch.

Once the ultrapure water machine starts frequently, it will not only cause certain damage to itself, but also greatly affect the progress of scientific research.
