      Using tap water as the water source, the laboratory water purifier can easily and quickly produce ultra pure water. The water yield is 40-100 liters per hour and the resistivity reaches 18.2m Ω· cm. It fully meets the high standard of class I water quality formulated by gb6682-2008, ASTM, cap, CLSI, EP and USP, and meets the requirements of other levels of laboratory water and production process water. In order to facilitate fault analysis and treatment during the use of laboratory water purifier, the common faults of the product can be roughly divided into the following categories:

1. The proportion of pure water and waste water is seriously unbalanced:

a. Check whether the flushing solenoid valve is damaged;

b. Check whether RO membrane is blocked;

c. Check whether the waste water proportioner is blocked. If blocked, it will lead to too much pure water and too little waste water.

2. After the water storage tank is full, the booster pump is started repeatedly:

a. Insufficient source water pressure;

b. If the check valve is damaged, it can be replaced in time;

c. High voltage switch failure;

d. The pipeline is loose and leaking, and the pressure needs to be relieved.

3. No water from the equipment:

a. Equipment faults are generally divided into waterway faults and circuit faults;

b. If the equipment does not discharge water, it may be due to waterway failure. You may wish to check whether each pipeline is blocked;

c. It may also be a circuit fault. Check whether the lower input power supply is normal and whether the water inlet solenoid valve is normal;

d. Open the source water ball valve and check whether the filter element in front of RO membrane is blocked. If it is blocked, replace it in time;

e. Check the pressure behind the booster pump. If it is lower than 0.3MPa, it needs to be replaced.

4. Excessive noise during operation:

a. Check whether the source water pipeline is normal and whether there is water cut-off. Once the water is cut off, the booster pump will idle, resulting in excessive noise;

b. If the source water is supplied normally, then check whether there is gas in the source water;

c. Check whether the booster pump vibrates too much or fails;

d. Check whether the equipment is placed stably and whether the compressor is abnormal.

The above are the common faults and solutions of laboratory water purifier. I hope it can help you better use the equipment.
