Since the purification tower has a certain service life, it needs to be replaced regularly to keep the ultrapure water machine in a good state of water production. Let's take a closer look at the replacement method of the purification tower.
1. When replacing, first close the water inlet valve, close the ball valve of the water storage tank, then discharge all the water stored in the ultrapure water machine, and turn off the power after confirming all the ultrapure water machines. out, then unplug the power cord.
2. Turn on the main engine, remove the PE pipes at the inlet and outlet of the purification tower, remove the purification tower, put the prepared new purification tower of the same specification on the fixing card, then connect the inlet, and ensure that the purification column is fixed in the outlet pipe .
3. After replacing the consumables, wipe off the overflow water on the fuselage, open the tap water inlet valve, and plug in the power supply.
4. Start and run correctly for five minutes. After the equipment enters the normal water production state, observe whether there is water leakage in the system. If there is no leak, open the constant pressure reservoir ball valve to complete the reinstallation.
