Index > News Center > Enterprise dynamics > Does the laboratory water purifier produce wastewater? This has the answer!
In the process of using the laboratory water purifier, all pure water enters the water. The pure water is generally obtained by reverse osmosis or distillation. The water quality is generally much better than that of tap water. Ultrapure water is obtained after ion exchange and terminal modification, which generally does not need to be treated by reverse osmosis. However, because the instrument will have pure water remaining inside the instrument, generally a small amount of waste water will flow out when the instrument is turned on or when the instrument is circulating, which can greatly ensure the water quality of the customer, and also protect the consumables in the instrument.
In order to ensure that no waste water is generated during operation, it is also very important to install the equipment correctly. When the customer requests to install the laboratory water purifier by himself, he must pay attention to the correct connection of the water inlet, waste water outlet and the water pipe connected to the water tank. Above the water outlet, the pretreated water inlet is connected to the water pipe network. When the instrument has no external pretreatment, the water inlet of the instrument can be directly connected to the water pipe network. The waste water port of the instrument can be directly inserted into the sewer. Be careful not to insert it too deep to avoid siphon phenomenon. Then the water port on the instrument connected to the water tank can be directly connected to the water tank. Be sure to see the connection nozzle on the instrument. If any of them are connected incorrectly, the instrument may not work normally, which will affect the effect of purifying water. Ordinary users can connect correctly by referring to the manual attached to the instrument. If the customer connects the waste water outlet and the water outlet connected to the pressure tank by mistake, the instrument can continue to work after the water source of the tap water is turned off, so be sure to verify whether the connection is correct or not.
