The ultrapure water machine is not only suitable for household pure water but also for laboratory ultrapure water, ultrapure water system inlet water, water supply for stability test chambers, meteorological experiments, as well as water supply equipment, hydrogen generators, humidifiers and other instruments. It can completely replace the traditional single steaming, double steaming and triple steaming machine.
The water production effect and service life of the ultrapure water machine will be affected by some factors, such as the water quality, water pressure, temperature, etc. During the operation, we must strictly control the water inlet conditions according to the requirements, and replace the accessories and consumables in time to ensure the standardization and stability of the laboratory water supply.
Inlet water quality, inlet water pressure, inlet water temperature, and inlet water PH value will also have a certain impact on the equipment:
1. The influent water quality needs to meet the residual chlorine <0.1ppm, the total organic biomass <5ppm, if it contains more iron and manganese, a manganese sand filter must be installed;
2. The water inlet pressure increases, the water production volume increases, and the salt permeation volume remains unchanged, which increases the desalination rate and the purification effect. When the pressure exceeds a certain value, the desalination rate will no longer increase;
3. Within a certain range, the water production will increase by 2.5%-3.0% for every 1 degree Celsius increase in the inlet water temperature;
4. The pH value of the influent water has a great influence on the desalination rate. When the pH of the influent water is between 7.5 and 8.5, the desalination rate is high and the purification effect is better.
The above are several factors that will affect the effect of ultrapure water, and the device can not only remove impurities, rust, sediment, colloids, bacteria, viruses, but also radioactive particles, organic matter, and fluorescent particles that are harmful to the human body. It can also remove water, alkali and heavy metals.
