      The cold weather in winter also has a certain impact on the operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, we should do a good job of protecting the ultrapure water machine to ensure that it can stably supply standard water sources to the laboratory in winter to meet the needs of experimental work. 1. It is recommended to install indoors to ensure that the room temperature should not be lower than 0 degrees. Since the volume of water will expand during the solidification process, if the water remaining in the machine pipeline and filter element freezes, it will directly cause the pipeline, filter bottle, membrane shell, etc. to burst, resulting in water leakage.

2. It is recommended to turn off the water source and power supply when the water is cut off. After the water supply is normal, turn on the tap water for a while, rinse off the rust, sediment and other debris in the tap water pipe, and then turn on the water source and power supply to prevent the tap water pipe just running water. The debris clogs the filter element.

3. If the ultrapure water machine has been frozen under special circumstances, the whole laboratory water machine must be installed and placed in a room with a room temperature higher than 10 °C and naturally thawed for more than 48 hours. Make sure that the frozen ice is completely melted before it can continue to be turned on for use. During this period, the water supply cannot be forced to be turned on. Check whether there is water leakage after turning on the machine, if there is water leakage, please contact the dealer.

4. If you find that the unopened reverse osmosis membrane freezes, you can put it together with the packaging in cold water, soak it for more than 24 hours, and then use it. If you are not sure, contact the after-sales customer service in time.

5. A phenomenon that is easy to occur in winter, the water production volume decreases, and the lower the temperature, the greater the reduction in the production water flow rate. Since the viscosity of the water is affected by the temperature, the water production volume of the reverse osmosis membrane will decrease. The water yield of the membrane decreased by 3%,

6. The water production in winter is about 50% of that in summer. When the waste water increases, due to the decrease of the water production volume, the flow rate of the waste water will increase accordingly, and the ratio of the waste water will increase. This is a normal phenomenon. After the temperature rises, the waste water will decrease and the water production flow will increase.

7. When the temperature drops in winter, the water production will also change. Therefore, the thermal insulation work of the ultrapure water machine must be done in advance. Only by doing preventive work in advance can the equipment failure rate be better reduced and the equipment operation stability improved. .
