1. Temperature

The suitable temperature is 25 degrees Celsius, which is basically the common temperature in the southern region. Taking 20 degrees Celsius as the standard, the water production will be reduced by 3% for each degree of reduction. Therefore, when the problem of water output reduction occurs, it is necessary to effectively discharge whether the temperature is too high or too low, resulting in the reduction of water output.

2. Preprocessing part

Since the working principle is to use various filtration devices to filter the source water, in the pretreatment part such as: pp cotton and activated carbon parts, the effect will become worse and worse due to the long use of time, and it will also affect the water quality and output. The amount of water has different degrees of impact, and these are all things that need special attention.

Some ultrapure water equipment consumables such as PP cotton and activated carbon can only be replaced by replacement. Domestic filter consumables can be directly found in the seepage source, and foreign imported products can also be purchased directly from the seepage source. The consumables in the pretreatment part should be confirmed according to the specific daily consumption. When the PP cotton changes from white to yellow or even dark brown, the consumables need to be replaced. The activated carbon is generally replaced once a year, and the durability of activated carbon is relatively high. .

3. Pipe leakage or blockage

When the ultra-pure water machine leaks in the pipeline, it can be seen from the external seepage part. After the pipeline switch is turned on, the water passes through the pipeline. If the pipeline leaks, there will be water accumulation on the ground or a faint dripping sound can be heard. If the pipeline leaks, it only needs to replace the leaking part of the pipeline and it can be used normally.

When the equipment is turned on, but no water flows out, to a large extent, there is a blockage in the pipeline. If it can be dredged by other substances, it can be solved quickly. If it cannot be dredged, the blocked part needs to be replaced.

4. Reverse osmosis membrane part

The reverse osmosis membrane is an important part of the ultrapure water machine. 5. Ion exchange column

At this time, it is necessary to use NaCl solution Auxiliary regeneration is carried out, and the blockage can also be cleaned at the same time.

6. EDI components

Chlorine and ozone can oxidize ion exchange resins and ion exchange membranes, resulting in reduced EDI component function. Oxidation can also significantly increase the TOC content, contaminate ion exchange resins and membranes, and reduce ion migration rates. In addition, oxidation causes the resin to crack and the pressure loss through the assembly will increase. Iron and other variable valence metal ions can catalyze resin oxidation, permanently degrading resin and membrane performance. The general equipment has the function of backwashing, which can effectively remove the dirt on the EDI components. Generally, the harder the water quality, the more this situation occurs.
