Reasons for unqualified water output: excessive water leakage, uneven hydrolysis and acidification in contact with the air oxidation tank or long-term shutdown (at this time, the extracellular matrix must be reshaped again, and there is too much sludge in the inclined tube sedimentation tank (must completely eliminate the sludge, The disinfection and sterilization equipment is stopped and the water output is not disinfected and sterilized for a long time.

4. The equipment touches the air oxidation tank, and the hydrolysis and acidification tank is uneven: check whether the gate valve at the outlet of the centrifugal fan of the hydrolysis and acidification tank is in all normal positions, and whether the aeration head is damaged.

5. The solution to the failure of the automatic control system of the equipment: check whether the switching power supply of the automatic control box is normal, check whether the sewage lifting pump and the centrifugal fan of the hydrolysis acidification tank in the supporting facilities of the buried wastewater treatment equipment are damaged (this time, electricity can be generated. If the flow is too large, the short-circuit fault power switch will be automatically cut off).

6. The actual effect of the equipment's microbial hanging film contact is not significant: check whether the hydrolysis and acidification tank of the contact air oxidation tank is symmetrical, and whether the sludge of the two hydrolysis and acidification tank is pumped to the tank. Dosing with appropriate nutrients.
