       Laboratory comprehensive wastewater treatment equipment is well received by users for its advanced technology, high degree of automation, good treatment effect, small footprint, and simple operation and management. It is widely used in domestic and foreign scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, environmental monitoring , product inspection, food and drug inspection, entry-exit inspection and quarantine, CDC, geological and mineral testing center, analysis and testing center, water resources monitoring, grain and oil quality inspection, petrochemical, agricultural product testing, medical institutions, central blood stations, enterprises and other industries Laboratory wastewater treatment.

Design basis of laboratory comprehensive wastewater treatment equipment:

1. Source of laboratory inorganic wastewater: comprehensive wastewater generated during experiments such as laboratory drugs, reagents, test solutions, waste liquids, residual reagents, container washing, instrument cleaning, and leakage;

2. The daily wastewater treatment capacity of the equipment: T/D or L/D;

3. Laboratory inorganic waste water components: heavy metal ions, acid-base PH value, halogen ions and other non-metal ions, etc.;

a. Heavy metal ions: mercury, cadmium, total chromium, hexavalent chromium, lead, manganese, silver, nickel, zinc, iron, cobalt, tin, magnesium, zinc, copper, aluminum, arsenic and other metal cations and in complexed state The heavy metal ion groups (Cr2O7)2-, (CuCN)-, (AuCN)-, (Ptcl6)2-, etc.;

b. Non-metal ions: fluoride, cyanide compound, complex ion compound, AsO32-, AsO43-, Hg+, Hg2+, etc.;

c. Acid-base PH value: nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, etc.;

4. Discharge standard after laboratory wastewater treatment:

a. Comply with the three-level discharge standard in the national comprehensive sewage discharge standard [GB8978-1996];

b. Level 3 standard in Beijing Water Pollutant Discharge Standard [DB11/307-2013].

c. Relevant standards in the 2005 edition of the National [Water Pollutant Discharge Standards for Medical Institutions].

The above is the design basis of laboratory comprehensive wastewater treatment equipment. Users need to have a certain understanding of it before designing products and purchasing products, so as to make better use of the equipment.
