1. In the process of construction, commissioning and acceptance, all parts involving mechanical installation, pipeline construction, welding process, monitoring instruments and program control should be used in conjunction with design regulations, national standards and corresponding technical conditions.
2. The construction shall be carried out according to the design drawings and the relevant technical documents of the manufacturer. Before the equipment is in place, the construction unit should check the following items together with the installation, civil construction, supervision and other units:
1. The geometric size, corresponding position and elevation of the equipment foundation shall meet the design requirements;
2. The size and position of embedded parts and reserved holes on reinforced concrete beams, columns and equipment foundations should meet the design requirements;
3. A cushion should be made on the basis of the flat-bottomed water tank equipment. The center of the cushion should have a slope outward, and the center should be 15mm-20mm higher than the edge.
3. Before the adjustment and trial operation, the civil construction should complete the following work:
1. The anti-corrosion floor, anti-corrosion channel and neutralization tank should be completed and accepted for indoor and outdoor water treatment. The drainage and slag discharge channels are unobstructed, the cover plate of the channel is complete, and the board surface is flush with the ground;
2. The interior painting, painting, ground, platform, stairs and doors and windows of the water treatment room should be completed according to the design requirements;
3. The laboratory facilities such as water supply, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, power supply and test bench shall be completed according to the design requirements;
4. The structures and anti-corrosion and ventilation facilities of the acid-base storage warehouse should all be completed and accepted.
4. All devices have been installed and can be put into use.
5. The electrical, thermal, chemical instruments and operation panels related to the water treatment system should be installed and calibrated, with correct instructions, sensitive operation, and can be put into use (excluding program-controlled devices).
6. The lighting and communication facilities should be able to meet the normal progress of the trial operation.
7. Rotating machinery should pass the test run of the branch.
8. All pipes and equipment should be painted according to the relevant regulations.
9. The specifications of the required filter materials, exchangers and medicines should meet the design requirements, the quantity should meet the needs of starting the trial operation, and the filling should be completed.
