The automatic water purifier is a device that can provide experimental water. It can effectively remove particulate matter, residual chlorine, ammonia nitrogen, ions, organic matter, colloids, microorganisms, pyrogens and objects that interfere with the experiment in the raw water. However, in the process of using the fully automatic water purifier, incorrect use will not only fail to achieve the expected effect, but also damage the equipment. Let's talk about it in detail below.
Common misunderstandings in the use of automatic water purifiers:
1. Continue to put into use after cleaning the pretreatment filter element
As a processing unit of the system, the pretreatment filter element can effectively remove residual chlorine, odor, rust and ions in the raw water, and protect the machine. At the same time, all impurities will be distributed inside and outside the filter element. In the long run, the color of the filter element will become darker and darker, which is to be replaced.
Taking the ordinary PP cotton filter element as an example, the thickness of the filter layer is generally 2cm. When impurities are trapped in the filter layer, rinsing can only remove surface impurities, internal impurities still exist. This filter element is put back into use, and the filtering effect can be imagined. This will not only affect the treatment effect of the pretreatment unit, but also lead to insufficient reverse osmosis water supply.
2. The replacement cycle of consumables is fixed.
When installing and training ultra-pure water machines, users often ask the question: How long can the consumables of the fully automatic water machine be used? As far as users are concerned, the longer the usage time, the better. The recommendation is that replacement is not required, leading some salespeople to exaggerate the useful life of consumables in order to win over potential customers.
In fact, the replacement cycle of consumables is not fixed by its own quality, equipment working conditions, raw water quality, produced water and many other factors. Only through scientific and thorough calculations can we roughly calculate how much water the consumables can filter and how long they can be used.
The above are the common misunderstandings in the use of fully automatic water purifiers. Users need to avoid these misunderstandings when using them in order to make them more effective and reduce cost waste.
