       The integrated laboratory wastewater treatment equipment is the product of the continuous development of wastewater treatment equipment. Its small footprint, convenience and high efficiency are widely used in the treatment of urban sewage and various industrial wastewaters. Its process control is realized through the control of process parameters, and it adopts a relatively basic method for the treatment of organic sewage. The whole set of water inlet, dosing, sedimentation, filtration, drainage and other processes. The functions of the components of the integrated laboratory wastewater treatment equipment:

(1) Primary sedimentation tank: The primary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank. The upward flow rate of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7 mm/s, and the sedimented sludge is lifted to the sludge tank by air.

(2) Contact oxidation tank: After primary sedimentation, the water flows to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three levels, and the total residence time is more than 1 hour. The contact oxidation time of the reinforced equipment can reach 6 hours, and the packing is a novel trapezoidal packing. Easy conjunctiva, no blockage. The specific surface area of the filler is 160m2/m3, and the air-water ratio of the contact pool is about 12:1.

(3) Secondary sedimentation tank: After biochemical, the sewage flows to the secondary sedimentation tank. The secondary sedimentation tank is two vertical flow sedimentation tanks, which operate in parallel. The ascending flow rate is 0.3-0.4 mm/sec. The sludge is lifted to the sludge tank by air.

(4) Disinfection tank and disinfection device: The "TJI4-74" standard is 30 minutes. If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection tank can increase the residence time to 1-1.5 hours. The integrated laboratory wastewater treatment equipment uses solid chlorine tablets to contact and dissolve disinfection. In this way, the disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the size of the water output, so as to achieve the purpose of adding more water and adding more medicine, and adding less water and less medicine. Other disinfection devices can be prepared separately.

(5) Sludge tank: All the sludge in the primary sedimentation tank and the secondary sedimentation tank is lifted to the sludge tank by air for aerobic digestion. The clear liquid from the sludge tank is returned to the contact oxidation tank for reprocessing. After digestion, there is very little residual sludge, and it is generally cleaned once every 1-2 years. The cleaning method can use a fecal suction truck to extend from the inspection hole of the sludge tank to the bottom of the sludge for suction and transportation.

(6) Fan room and fan: The fan room of the equipment is located above the disinfection pool, the inlet adopts double-layer sound insulation, and the air inlet has a muffler and fan filter, so there is no noise during operation. The fan of this product adopts two L-type Roots blowers, which can automatically run alternately. The operating life of a single fan is about 30,000 hours.
