During the operation of the high-purity water machine, due to various reasons such as the working environment and operation methods, its technical status will inevitably undergo some changes, which may affect the performance of the equipment, and even induce equipment failures and accidents. Therefore, when using it, you need to pay attention to its use precautions, which can also improve its use effect.

In order to improve the use effect of the high-purity water machine, the precautions for use are as follows:

1. The user should turn off the faucet in time after each use of the equipment, otherwise the machine will remain in operation due to lack of water in the pure water tank, which will affect the service life of the pump and membrane.

2. In order to reduce the impact of operating noise on the working environment, the equipment adopts a closed box, but long-term operation will make the pump overheat and affect the service life of the pump, so it is recommended that the user should not continue to start the machine for more than 2 hours. Especially in high temperature in summer, it is recommended to open the back door in time to dissipate heat.

3. Pay attention to observe the status of raw water pressure gauge and inlet water pressure gauge. When the pump is out of operation, the raw water pressure should be greater than 0.1MPa (1.0kgf/cm2), and the raw water pressure and inlet water pressure should be greater than 0.05MPa (0.5kgf/cm2) during operation. .

4. When the raw water pressure is unstable and is often lower than 0.1MPa (1.0kgf/cm2), a micro pressure pump should be installed at the raw water connection.

5. When the alarm indicator light of the equipment is found to be on, it should be shut down in time.
