The laboratory sewage treatment device is a professional equipment for laboratory sewage treatment. By using sewage treatment equipment, when the laboratory produces waste water, it can be discharged through the sewage pipe. The sewage pipe discharges the waste water into the adjustment tank, and the wastewater is processed into the adjustment tank in batches. Before the wastewater is discharged into the regulating tank, it will be simply filtered by the grid to remove the impurities in the wastewater. In the regulating tank, the wastewater can be neutralized first. Reconcile to achieve balance, pour the acid solution or alkaline solution into the waste water in the adjustment tank, and the waste water is transported from the adjustment tank to the solution mixing module. It is fully mixed with the wastewater. After the mixing of the solution mixing module is completed, the wastewater is transported to the heavy metal precipitation module under the action of the water supply unit. At this time, the sodium silicate injection unit is started to inject sodium silicate into the wastewater. After the sodium silicate is hydrolyzed The generation of silicic acid alternately, and the alternating coagulation of silicic acid can cause the heavy metals in the wastewater to be precipitated, and then the wastewater passes through the MBR module to purify the wastewater quality.

Four main functions of laboratory sewage treatment device:

1. Filtration

The packing retains the large particles and suspended solids in the filtered water.

2. Hydrolysis

Anaerobic microorganisms can hydrolyze insoluble macromolecular substances into soluble substances of small molecules.

3. Absorption

Anaerobic microorganisms adsorb and absorb organic pollutants in water, part of which is used for their own growth and reproduction, and part of which is sealed out through U-shaped water in the form of biogas.

4. Denitrogenation

The denitrifying bacteria in the anaerobic microorganisms that return the effluent of the contact oxidation bed to the anaerobic filter can utilize the nitrate nitrogen in the returning water and convert it into nitrogen to remove nitrogen in the sewage. After rural sewage is treated by anaerobic filter, the concentration of suspended solids, organic pollutants and nitrogen also reduces the load of the subsequent contact oxidation bed.
