The surface inspection of the groove should meet the requirement that there is no oil, paint or rust within the range of 10-15 mm from the nozzle. , burrs and other debris, and the surface is free of cracks, interlayers and other defects. The straight welds between the pipes should be staggered by more than 100mm, and should be placed in an easy-to-check position as much as possible. The distance between the two butt welds of the pipeline should not be less than the outer diameter of the pipeline and not less than 100mm.

4. At the same time as the pipeline installation, the fixing and adjustment of the support and hanger should also be carried out. The position and model of the support and hanger should be correct, the installation meets the requirements, and the pipe and the supporting surface are in good contact.
