       The double-stage reverse osmosis pure water machine has excellent performance and adopts the double-pump double-membrane water production process. Even if the raw water quality is poor, it can also ensure the stable water output of the ultra-pure water machine, and the consumables have a long use time. The raw water tank is used inside the ultrapure water machine, which overcomes the limitation of the water pressure requirement of the raw water in the traditional ultrapure water machine. At present, how to use the double-stage reverse osmosis pure water machine to efficiently produce water has become the key. Let's share some experiences below.

1. Water making operation

1. Set the original water pump switch on the operation panel to the automatic position, turn on the stop switch, turn on the water source, and turn on the power until the water pressure reaches the set value of the pressure controller, the equipment will automatically start to work.

2. After the whole machine enters the working state, adjust the system pressure to 0.5-1.2Mpa.

3. If the multi-stage pump is difficult to start, close the outlet pressure reducing regulating valve slightly (but it cannot be fully closed, and a certain flux must be reserved). After the multi-stage pump is started, unscrew it.

4. If the inlet water pressure is too low or the flow rate is insufficient, please choose a raw water tank or build a reservoir, so that the equipment can work normally.

2. Precautions in operation

1. The water production of this machine is the water production when the water temperature is 25°C. When the water temperature rises or falls by 1°C, the water production will increase or decrease by about 3%, which is determined by the characteristics of the RO membrane.

2. The residual chlorine content of the water entering the RO membrane should be strictly controlled to be below 0.1PPm. The method is: connect the water to the sampling port of the adsorption filter, and use the residual chlorine measuring agent to detect it. If it exceeds the standard, the activated carbon filter material should be replaced.

3. If the water intake is insufficient or the pressure is too low, the water shortage and pressure system of the machine will automatically stop the equipment.

4. When the machine is used for the first time, the film contains preservatives. The conductivity of the effluent will be high. After 1-2 hours of flushing and normal water production for a period of time, the conductivity of the effluent will be significantly reduced.

3. Operation Note:

1. If you choose a motor with AC380V voltage, you must pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor and the rotation direction marked on the pump, otherwise the pump will be damaged.

2. When the water source is short of water or the pressure is too low, the machine will automatically shut down, and the water source pressure will be automatically turned on.

3. Automatic flushing: the equipment starts to perform flushing for 60S, and automatically switches to water production after flushing; during operation, each time it is turned on or flushed with water for 10s; continuous operation for 3 hours or standby for 3 hours when full of water, automatic intervention flushing for 10s. Do not adjust the regulator valve if the system pressure drops while flushing the membrane.

4. During normal water production, the pressure of the membrane system should be between 0.7-1.0Mpa (adjusted by the regulating valve).

5. The conductivity value displayed by the conductivity indicator is for reference.
