     In the process of using the laboratory water purifier, effectively avoiding scaling can ensure the quality of pure water. 1. Do a good job in the pretreatment of raw water, pay special attention to the qualification of pollution index, sterilize at the same time, prevent microorganisms from breeding in the reactor, and pay attention to the damage of chloride ion to the membrane.


2. When the water production of reverse osmosis equipment is significantly reduced, indicating membrane scaling or pollution, chemical cleaning shall be carried out.


3. During the operation of reverse osmosis equipment, it is necessary to maintain appropriate operating pressure. Generally, increasing the pressure will increase the water yield, but too much will compact the membrane.


4. In case of shutdown of reverse osmosis equipment, dosing and flushing shall be carried out in the short term and formaldehyde protection shall be added in the long term.


5. During the operation of reverse osmosis equipment, the turbulent state on the brine side should be maintained to reduce the concentration polarization of the solution on the membrane surface and avoid the precipitation of some insoluble salts on the membrane surface.


6. Analyze the raw water quality regularly, and adjust the dosage of scale inhibitor according to the water quality and the dosing scheme provided by the Ministry.


7. When the reverse osmosis system is abnormal, shut down immediately for treatment to avoid the expansion of the accident.


8. Strictly prevent the running, emitting, dripping and leakage of dosing equipment, and add the liquid medicine into the reverse osmosis water inlet to truly prevent scaling.


9. It is suggested to change the flushing method after the shutdown of reverse osmosis equipment to flushing with demineralized water.
